By accessing our API, website, or services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
By using any Services provided by Tarot and Horoscope, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept these terms, you must refrain from using the Services and terminate any subscriptions with us.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under the account. Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use. Tarot and Horoscope is not liable for your acts or omissions.
3. User Eligibility and Information
Our Services are intended for use by individuals who are the age of majority in their jurisdiction. You must be a natural person of at least 18 years of age or 21 in jurisdictions where 18 is not the age of majority to create an account and use the Services. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with Tarot and Horoscope. When signing up, you are required to provide your legal name, a valid email address, and any other information necessary to complete the signup process. Each account is personal and should not be shared.
Furthermore, you agree not to offer or provide any services derived from or based on our Services to minors under the age of 18 or under the age of 21 in jurisdictions where 18 does not constitute legal adulthood. It is your responsibility to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding age verification and the protection of minors.
4. Legal and Authorized Use
You must use our Services only for lawful purposes and not infringe upon any laws in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to intellectual property laws.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, relevance, or completeness of any information provided and disclaim all liabilities for any personal loss or negative impact that may occur as a result of using these Services. By using Tarot and Horoscope’s Services, you agree and acknowledge that you understand the nature of the Services as a form of entertainment and that you will not take the provided information as fact or allow it to influence your personal life choices to your detriment or the detriment of others. Tarot and Horoscope’s responsibility is limited to providing the Services as described, and it accepts no responsibility or liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage which may be suffered by any recipient through relying on anything contained in or omitted from our Services.
6. Payment, Upgrades, and Renewal
Services may require payment. All fees are prepaid and non-refundable, including for upgrades. Payment terms and fees may change with thirty (30) days notice.
Billing Policies
Upon registering for a paid Tarot and Horoscope account, you agree to our billing terms and authorize us to charge the agreed-upon fees. These charges commence when the account is set up. Tarot and Horoscope reserves the right to change the payment terms and fees upon thirty (30) days prior written notice. You may cancel your account with a thirty (30) days written notice to Tarot and Horoscope, but no refunds will be issued for any subscription fees already paid unless within the 7 day trial period.
7. Support Services
Tarot and Horoscope provides access to email support services, giving you the ability to make requests for technical support assistance by email at any time concerning the use of the Services. All support will be provided in accordance with Tarot and Horoscope’s standard services practices, procedures, and policies.
8. Copyright and Intellectual Property
Tarot and Horoscope respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Services to do the same. If you believe that your copyright has been infringed upon by our Service, please notify us, and we will respond appropriately, which may include removing the offending content or disabling links to it. Repeat infringers will have their access to the Services terminated.
9. Intellectual Property Ownership
This Agreement does not transfer any Tarot and Horoscope or third-party intellectual property to you. Tarot and Horoscope retains all rights, titles, and interests in such property. The use of our Services does not grant you any licenses to our intellectual property.
10. API Key Safety
Exposing your API key publicly is a security risk, and if this occurs, we may revoke your API key without notice. It is your responsibility to keep the API key confidential.
11. Data Scraping Prohibition
Data scraping of any kind is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your account without a refund.
12. Termination
Tarot and Horoscope may terminate your access to all or any part of our Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided “as is.” Tarot and Horoscope hereby disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

15. General Representation and Warranty
You represent and warrant that your use of our Services will be in strict accordance with the Tarot and Horoscope Privacy Policy, with this Agreement, and with all applicable laws and regulations.
16. Limitation of Liability
In no event will Tarot and Horoscope, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable concerning any subject matter of this Agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability, or other legal or equitable theory for: any special, incidental, or consequential damages.
17. General Terms
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Tarot and Horoscope and you concerning the subject matter hereof, and they may only be modified by the posting by Tarot and Horoscope of a revised version.
18. Changes to these Terms
Tarot and Horoscope reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this Agreement. It is your responsibility to check this Agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Services following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes.
